Coil slitting machines are designed by taking thickness, width and line speed parameters into account according to the sheet metal model, and slit sheet metal coils into the required widths. The machine provides high accuracy from the start through to the cutting stage with its coil loading trolley, coil decoiling system, slitting unit and slitting blades. The process is optimised with auxiliary equipment such as scrap winders, pit cover and transfer unit, coil tension control and separator unit. Thanks to the slit product coil rewinding system and slit product loading exit trolley, operations are carried out continuously and in a controlled manner throughout the production line. With its durable structure and repeatable performance, it enables reliable and high-quality production in the automotive, construction, white goods and metalworking sectors.
