Measurement, Testing and End-of-Line Systems

Measurement, testing and end-of-line systems are precision systems used to inspect the geometric and functional accuracy of parts after or during production. These machines detect the dimensional, shape and assembly accuracy of parts using optical sensors, laser scanners, camera systems and touch probe technologies. They also enable functional performance to be measured through mechanical and electronic tests. End-of-line systems offer independent inspection without interrupting the production flow on the line; this allows parts to be tested quickly and repeatably outside mass production as well. Thanks to digital recording of parameters, automatic generation of measurement reports and data integration, the process can be tracked and quality analysis can be carried out in detail.
