Progressive Dies

A progressive sheet metal die is a type of die used in sheet metal forming processes, where multiple operations such as cutting, bending and punching are carried out step by step, in stations, within a single die set. With each press stroke, the sheet strip advances by a specific distance and passes through a different operation at each station, before the finished part is cut at the final station to become the end product.
