Press sheet feeding machines provide high precision and stability by feeding sheet material continuously and in a controlled manner in mass production presses. Decoiling and straightening operations on a single chassis, high-performance operating speed and a servo drive system with timing belt or gearbox ensure that the material advances in the correct position and at a constant speed. Production processes are optimised through the gear transmission system, sheet sag distance detection laser sensor, recipe structure for different feed length settings, and die memory system. With external digital input-output options, closed-loop sheet feeding tracking control is provided via an external encoder, delivering reliable and repeatable production performance in the automotive and metalworking sectors.
